Chapter 2

Kagome sat on her bed, her nerves were having a bad day.

Sesshomaru didn’t come back last night.

The Taiyoukai Lord was having daily meetings with generals and the more influencing individuals in the West in order to calm things down. There hadn’t been an all-out-rebellion, but things weren’t looking good. It was one thing to have an enemy attack, and the support of your people, and an entirely different thing to have your own house against you. The attack could come at any moment, without clemency.

She was deadly afraid of her home…and her people.

It was heart breaking.
