There is something indescribably satisfying about this piece, just Kagome and Sessomaru discovering how touch starved they are. As well as starved for affection and attention. In a way this was a lot more touching than a smut story. Sometimes just a touch with only the intention to feel, pat and ruffle is enough.

I'd love to read more about them like this, I especially liked the little bit at the end when Kagome thought about how he's a dog, a little affection and they're yours forever. Incredible.
